Q. How early do I need to book?

A. Generally at least 24 hours notice is required to guarantee availability, but normally can get a taxi cab in less time.

Q. What do I need to say in my TEXT?

A. Please include your Name, Day, Date, Time, number of passengers, Where you want to be collected from and your destination.

Q. Can I cancel my booking?

A. Yes, if you wish to cancel please tell us as soon as you find out, we require at least 3 hours notice.

Q. How far in advance do I have to book my taxi?

A. You can call at any time for a taxi and we will always send one. If you're booking a taxi to be at an event for a certain time, it is always advisable to pre-book to ensure we can get you a taxi on time.

Q. How far in advance do I have to book my taxi to get to the Airport or Train Station?

A. Obviously it depends where you live but we always advise that you plan to arrive at the Airport or Train Station an hour before you plan to arrive there initially, and therefore if there are unforeseen problems you should still be able to make your train or plane.
