Q. Can I pay in cash?
A. Yes, you can pay the driver with cash. No other form of payment is accepted unless prior agreement, receipts are always available from the driver.
Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. Yes, the drivers carry receipts in their vehicles.
Q. Is the tip included in the fare?
A. No, the tip is never included in the price of a journey.
Q. How much should I tip the driver?
A. This is left to the passenger's discretion.
Q. Do I need to pay my fare in advance?
A. For late night journeys outside Salisbury the driver may request cash payment up front based on estimate fare. The fare will be metered and change (if any) will be given to you.
Q. Do You Charge extra on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day?
A. Yes, all fares will be metered on tariff 3 according to the Maximum Table of Fares for Wiltshire South Zone issued by Wiltshire Council. For great deals please make sure you pre-book YOURtaxi.
Q. Do you operate a fixed price policy?
A. We can give you a fixed price to any destination providing we know the exact and complete details of the journey and address.
